Do I get my own dedicated accountant?

Yes you do. You are assigned your own accountant from our Manila based team who gets to know your business and who takes pride in becoming an extended member of your team. However all our accountants work in team to ensure that there is always back up for your account.

How do you manage my queries?

All clients are given their own email address where all your queries go. These are monitored both by your assigned team member and by the management team here in Sydney. We generally get back on queries within 24 hours, often much quicker.

Do your services include payroll?

Absolutely – we have extensive payroll experience and this matched with Xero’s user friendly payroll module makes it a breeze.

Do you do tax as well?

No, we specialise in bookkeeping so we can deliver high quality cost effective services. We happily work with your accountant and provide them with high quality accounts ready for them to do their work. If you need an accountant we have some we are happy to recommend.

How do I get my invoices into Xero?

Just email to us using your email address and we take care of the rest.

What if I don’t use Xero – can I convert?

Definitely happy to help with a conversion across from another system to Xero.

My last bookkeeper has left me in a mess – can you sort this out?

Yes we can – we are experienced in onboarding clients whose accounts have been left in a mess, getting them up to speed and back in control. Once we assess your accounts, we can determine if we need to set up a project to cover this work.

How do the fees work?

Our fees are a fixed monthly amount which we direct debit, so there are no surprises. We build long term partnerships with our clients, rather than an ‘on the clock’ mentality.
